1. What payment methods do you accept?
 
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via SSL encryption.
 
2. Why did my payment fail?

3. I haven't received my order confirmation email.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
 
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. To request a change, send us an email at admin@musbeme.com with your order number and the details you want to modify.

5. How do I track my order?
 
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by visiting our main store's tracking page: https://yourmainstore.com/track-order
 
6. Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
 
It may take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their system after your order is shipped. If there's still no update after 3 business days, please contact us at admin@musbeme.com with your order number.
 
7. How long does international shipping take?
 
Standard international shipping takes 7-14 business days to most countries. Expedited shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to customs clearance, holidays or weather conditions.
 
8. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
 
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@musbeme.com with:

Photos of the damaged package and product
A description of the issue

9. What is your return policy?
 
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
 
10. How do I request a return?

We will send you a return authorization number and return address
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
 
11. How long does it take to get a refund?
 
Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
 
12. Do you offer exchanges?

15. Do you sell replacement parts or accessories?
 
Yes, we sell replacement parts and accessories for most of our products. To purchase replacement parts, contact us at admin@musbeme.com with your product model number and the part you need.
 
16. What is the warranty on your products?
 
All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

18. How do I update my account information?

19. How do I delete my account?
